All orders are sent tracked so that you can keep track of where your order is once posted. You have the option of Tracked 24 £3.99 (fastest option, usually arriving within a couple of days once dispatched), or Tracked 48 £2.99 if you don't mind waiting a little longer for it to arrive. A free 'collect yourself' option is also available to local customers (Haverhill, Suffolk UK)
Yes. All non-UK orders are posted with tracking so that you can monitor the progress of your parcels journey. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been posted. All post is sent via Royal Mail. While most orders outside of the UK arrive at their destination within 1 - 2 weeks, please be aware that there can sometimes be delays and it can take up to 4 weeks.
If you live outside the UK, you may have to pay cutoms charges. Please check your local customs authority's website to find out if you will be required to pay any charges when ordering goods from the UK. I strongly advise checking this before you place your order. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide you with information on how much this might be, as it varies from country to country.
