Clothing items are usually made and dispatched within 14 days. Other items are usually made and dispatched within 7 working days. Ready made items are usually dispatched the next working day (if you place your order before 5pm). During particularly busy periods, these time frames can change, but I will announce this on the main home page of the website. If you require an item by a certain date, please get in touch before placing your order and I will do my best to help you.
Items such as made to measure clothing, uniquely customised or personalised items are non returnable. Sale items are also non returnable.
You can return any other items that have not been worn or damaged in any way. You must contact Bella Bows within 7 days of receiving the item and return it within 14 days (28 days if you are outside the UK). Please re-use the box it arrived in to return the item. You can find our postal address on our Contact Page. If the item is dirty, damaged, covered in dog hair etc, I will not be able to issue a refund. Once I have received your item and am happy that it is still in 'new' condition I will issue your refund. Postage costs are non refundable and the customer will need to cover returns postage cost.
If you wish to exchange an item, the above information applies. If there is a difference in price, you will either be refunded the difference or asked to pay the price the difference. You will also be required to cover any postage costs for the exchanged item to be posted to you.
Before ordering any collar, it is vital to measure your dogs neck if you don't already know their neck size. You should comfortably be able to fit 2 fingers between your dogs neck and the inside of their collar, so please bear this in mind when selecting your size. If your dog is still growing, you will want to select a size with plenty of room to grow. If after looking at our collar size options, you are still uncertain which size to choose, or if you would like an alternative size to the sizes listed, please do get in touch and I'll be more than happy to help.
